RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal at Kissable Lengths is to give you great quality hair for a great price. We want you to fall in love with our hair and our customer service. Our orders are inspected very closely prior to shipping.
By placing an order at Kissable lengths, you agree to take responsibility for the cost of return shipping back to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. Upon receipt of returned goods, Kissable lengths has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
What is the Return Period?
Kissable Lengths will provide a refund on products (except customise), that have not been tampered with, opened or worn within 7 business days. This means that the product must be unwashed, unaltered in any shape or form and must be in its original packaging (including all free gifts). During sales we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at email@example.com and we will forward you exchange instructions.
Please note that if you wish to return partial parts of your order, you must contact us first, and send the items back only after our confirmation. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account.
Please note that all special-order items are ineligible for return as we do not resell refurbished items.
After the return request has been proceed, the new items can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will forward you exchange instructions.
⦁ Do I have to pay for the return shipping cost?
Yes. All customers are fully responsible for their own return shipping cost. Kissable lengths will not be responsible for lost packages, so we recommend purchasing a tracking number.
⦁ When will I receive my refund?
A refund will be provided in the original method of payment after we receive and inspect the item. Please note that most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.
⦁ Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any orders before shipping.
⦁ Can I return an open bundle?
No. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. For all other orders, return may be accepted upon approval.
