Kissable lengths SHIPS WORLDWIDE

Kissable Lengths products shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM until 5PM EST. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Example: If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday. Please note that business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday or Official Holidays.
We provide free domestic shipping for all offers $95 or over. For all other orders a flat rate fee of $10.99.
 International orders do not qualify for free shipping. All shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow extra time during public holidays and busy holiday periods
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they use the correct delivery address at checkout. All fields must be completed. If the address in entered incorrectly, the customer must take full responsibility for all cost incurred as a result. We encourage all customers to double check all postal information before confirming orders. Once order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping information. Packages will be marked as delivered by the courier/postal service. If an item is mark as delivered, Kissable Lengths will not re-send the product under any circumstances. All tracking updates are final and missing package will be investigated by the chosen courier company or AUS Post.
All packages require a signature. We recommend providing a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.
Tracking Orders
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please contact Kissable Lengths after the estimated delivery time.
Returns
By placing an order at Kissable Lengths, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to Kissable Lengths Returns Policy for more information on how to return packages.
